If a family is relocating and cannot continue playing for the club due to geographical reasons, the club will review the families request for a refund. 

If a player is unfortunate enough to suffer a season ending injury, the club will review the processing of refunding all or a portion of that players fees. 

No refunds will be offered to families wishing to leave the club within the 2023/24 season to join another club within a 50 mile radius of SSC's home fields.
