From I-95 South:

Take 95 North to Exit 72 - Rocky Neck Connector.
At the end of the ramp take a left on Route 156.
Continue on Route 156 through Niantic, over the Niantic River Bridge, past the Millstone Nuclear Power Plant.
Shortly after the power plant you will travel down a small hill.
At the bottom of the hill, on the right, there will be Millstone Baseball Field.
Beyond the right center field fence you will see the soccer field.
Immediately after the baseball field, take a right on Gardiner Woods Road.
Take your first right to enter the parking lot.

From I-95 North:

Take I-95 to Cross Road Exit 81 and take left at end of exit (Wal-Mart will be on your right).
Take left on Cross Road and follow .5 miles to light.
Go straight on Spithead Road until end (approx 2.5 miles).
At stop sign take right on Route 156.
Take first left onto Gardiner Woods Road
Spera Field is on your right.
