Biography:
Originally from Hull, England, Tom has 8 Years Coaching Experience both in the UK and US. After working for the County FA in the UK, Tom moved to the US to become a Player Development Officer with Major League Soccer. After acquiring his teaching certification in 2007, Tom returned to the US in the role of Regional Director of Coaching at Major League Soccer Camps. During this time Tom began coaching for SSC as the U15 Boys Assistant Coach. In January 2011 Tom joined Youth Elite Soccer, official training partner of MLS Franchise Chicago Fire, as the New England Elite Talent Coordinator.

Assistant Coach: Matt Brown

Biography:
Originally from Birmingham, England, Coach Brown is currently Chief Operating Officer for the National Soccer Development company; Youth Elite Soccer (YES) and Chicago Fire Camps and Training. A former youth district and county representative player, Matt went onto play semi-professional and professional soccer. Matt attended Coventry University (UK) where he graduated with a 1st class BSc Hons degree in Sport Science and International HR Management. Whilst at University Matt was an ever-present for his University team and captained the side in his first year. Whilst studying, Matt gained his English Football Association Level 2 and UEFA B coaching qualifications. Since graduating in 2002 Matt has remained in the soccer industry; initially heading up the Major League Soccer U.K department in Leeds, England where he was responsible for the recruitment, education and training of over 500 coaches annually in the UK and the US. Matt then moved to Connecticut in 2006 and immediately joined Southeast Soccer Club.
